I am and have been for a long time a podcast whore. I love podcasts because it is radio conversations about topics that I want to talk or learn more about. Podcasts are a way to connect with other like-minded creatives, catch up on one of my favorites Modern Love, or to feel like I am a close homie to stars and idols I love.
I am always asked right after what do you listen to? So here is a shortlist of Podcasts that I love and tune into either daily or weekly. Enjoy!

A 15-45 min daily recap, hosted by Michael Barbaro, covering the biggest news story of the “times” and on that day. This is one of my favorite morning rituals and just enriches your morning with some of the best journalism.
Ear Hustle: LINK
This is a podcast that gives you a real inside look at the realities that happen in one of the worlds most iconic Mens State prisons, San Quentin. Ear Hustle podcast is recorded inside the prison and is hosted by former inmate Earloone Woods and visual artist Nigel Woods. There is no inmate topic that is off limits.

An open topic podcast that is hosted by former rapper Joe Budden and his two best friends. If you are looking for just wild guy talk and real talk this is the podcast for you.

This is not only a show I whore out to but this is an obsession now. LOL! Gwyneth Paltrow and Chief Concent Officer Elise Loehnen talk to the worlds leading thinkers, culture changers, and industry disruptors. This podcast hosts deep conversations with everyone from doctors to creatives, CEO’s to spiritual healers, actors and beyond. This is a very news like podcast rather than talk radio.

Oprah Winfrey expands on her old television program SuperSoul. This is a podcast that talks about the personal topics of the world that are personal and meaningful to Oprah Winfrey. These topics are designed to enlighten and awaken audiences. Things like spiritual growth, politics, science, the arts and more are covered.
Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard: LINK
Actor Dax Shepard has no limits and talks about the messes, struggles, untiles, vulnerabilities, needed social and scientific changes, and so so much more in the comfort of his garage. Topics like BLM with Jeffery Sachs, Me Too with Gwyneth Paltrow, life and history with Ashton Kutcher, and even real talk about his marriage and own sexual and drug related addictions.
